Customer Support Representative
Alliance Laundry Systems, headquartered in Ripon, WI is the largest manufacturer of commercial laundry equipment. We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Representative.
Position Overview
The Alliance Laundry Systems Home Laundry Customer Support Representative will function as a member of the Customer Support staff reporting to the Manager of Customer Support.
The candidate will provide support to a wide variety of customers, including ALS sales representatives, distributors, independent service companies, and servicing dealers of Alliance Laundry System's product. The Customer Support Representative assists customers in placing equipment orders by product information including features, pricing, availability, shipping schedules, and special promotions.
Position Requirements
- Knowledge/Experience/Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Product knowledge.
- Knowledge of ALS order entry system helpful.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidate must exhibit strong computer skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and lifting up to 40lbs.
