Location:  Ripon, WI

Purpose: This position ensures that employees are properly trained in the areas of welding techniques, equipment operation, quality policy, safety, housekeeping and interpersonal skills to perform their duties.

Position Responsibilities:

Primary duties:

• Coordinate daily activities to maintain scheduled production requirements for the weld cells.
• Interface with technical staff to ensure proper support
• Establish annual goals and objectives that support the attainment of operating budgets
• Work to continuously improve processes and reduce inventories.

Secondary duties:

• Reduce inventories
• Maintain Quality standards

Position Qualifications:

1. Knowledge/Experience:
• 3-7 years experience in a welding manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of welding techniques SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, RS
2. Skills and Abilities:
• computer literacy
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Demonstrated Supervisory skills in a production welding environment
3. Education:
• Prefer Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 2 year Associate Degree or equivalent experience
